Have been here on and off (generally when convenient !) and have have probably had more negative experiences than positive. But this evening has sunk to a new low, soggy chips, burnt but uncooked chicken and an inch of water in revolting salad. I called to tell them but the woman was rude and dismissive and rude, it almost felt as though I should expect poor quality as standard here, she never even offered to replace the order, had she done so, I would have declined for fear of getting god knows what included in the food. I will never ever ever ever return here, and I advise anyone reading this review to take heed, unless your very very very drunk, and literally nowhere else is open...

Couldn't be bothered to cook and also couldn't decide on what to have so figured I'd go for a kebab! Fancied hummus more than anything and this was very nice! Pitta bread was also still soft and warm! Mixed kebab was good for what it is and turned up on time with the estimated time! Not bad and stuffed now!!!!

We used to use this place regularly over the past 10 years. We ordered 2 kebabs 18 months ago, they arrived cold & parts of the salad were mouldy. We tried to call but couldn't get through (Sat night). On our way home from London last night ( a Sunday) we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistake. Ordered 2 wraps to eat on the way home. They weren't wraps. Just bits of meat slung in the wrap for you to organise yourself. Most of our dinner was lost on the floor as we unfolded the paper. Staff very unfriendly also. Such a shame. This place used to be a gem for us kebab lovers.

I ordered food from here, and as well as being overpriced for what it is, i found a large clump of HAIR mixed in with the sauce on my chicken kebab. Also the salad was swimming in water and the chips were stone cold. I phoned the shop and told them the next day as it was late, i still had the offending kebab and hair clump... they told me it must have been my hair (despite the fact the hair was black and mine is red) and refused to refund me or acknowledge any fault. I will never go there again even if i was paid to eat the food, they were so rude and obviously have no regard for their customers atall.
