我们最近在这里的一间包间里吃了一顿大餐。自从我上次拜访胭脂餐厅已经有10年了，我真的不知道该期待什么，因为胭脂餐厅经营已经有一段时间了，有时餐馆在食物、服务或两者都会有点偏离（开始时）。我们对食物和服务都很满意。等待的工作人员很细心，不会专横，他们让食物自己说话，没有太多的侵扰。每一道菜都很好吃，很好，而且总体来说，整个团队都认为这是一次美妙的经历！

餐厅的环境非常好，个人特别喜欢，还有就是这里的菜实在是太好吃了，味道特别好，而且价格也比较适中，特别推荐他家的虾还有就是惠灵顿牛排，味道真的是好极了！

We had a thoroughly spectacular meal for my spouse's graduation from UCalgary. We did the feature menu, and while not cheap, did tantalize the taste buds. Probably one of the best meals I have ever had in all of Alberta! Thank you to Olivier and team! Wonderful! We shall be back! The service and food was take your breath away quality!

As a group of eight we were given a choice of inside or outside. The staff were friendly and very proud of the local produce they cooked with including vegetables and herbs from the property. Lamb dish was excellent and they accommodated dietary restrictions with ease. Good evening had by all.

Why is this restaurant rated so lowly on TA? The other restaurants in Calgary must be spectacular if this is not in the top 20! We went as a group and at short notice due to a change in travel plans for part of the group. It was a catch up of friends for the first time in many years and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves A balanced menu supported by an extensive wine list with wine prices to support most pockets The restaurant has indoor and outdoor areas and if outdoors you can gaze out into the vegetable patch and garden. The staff are knowledgeable and proud of the wine and food that they serve. Perhaps they could come across as a bit stiff but by the end of the night they were more relaxed (could have been the wine we had been drinking...) Not a bad meal among the various plates that we had Perhaps one thing - lose the plastic outdoor chairs.

The bottom line is: you'll experience amazing fine dining without the associated overpriced food and drinks. We had an incredible experience here the first time, and have been going back ever since. The dishes are always so beautifully prepared. The dishes are so complex you need to take a bit of everything to fully experience it. The staff is always very professional and polite. They provide a very very reasonable lunch during the week. You won't find a dish so intricately prepared anywhere else in Calgary for $18. So at that price, you might as well order an appetizer and have a more wholesome experience. The seasonal cheesecakes are always delicious.
