  • We wanted a meal before going to the Lionel Ritchie concert. We hadn't booked anywhere but were able to walk in and have a table straight away. The service was great, drinks brought while we were looking at the menu and once we'd ordered the food it didn't take long to arrive. Our waitress made sure we were happy with everything and checked to see if we needed anything else. Very happy with the food and service and would recommend

  • Enjoyed a nice Friday night dinner with the family. The staff was great and the food was good. They were very attentive to the kids and had quick service. Everyone enjoyed what they orders and for a Friday night it was not crowded. We will definitely go back to enjoy a meal there.

  • I visited on Saturday 11th June with my husband and three of our children. It was my son's 9th birthday the day before and he'd chosen to have a birthday lunch at Frankie and Benny's. We booked a table on the morning and turned up a few minutes early. We were seated immediately and the children were given colouring materials. Our waitress noticed our son holding a birthday gift catalogue and asked whose birthday it was. We said it was our son's 9th birthday and she wished him a happy birthday. Our drinks arrived quickly and we were given a sharing starter of dough balls for waiting - even though I didn't think we'd waited long at all. Our food was brought out quickly - a sharing family feast for me, my husband and our older daughter, and two kids' meals for the younger two. Everything was well presented and tasted great. We were surprised by how swift everything was. We were checked on several times by two waitresses and a waiter. We were offered refills of our drinks and offered a refill of our fried (unlimited fries with the £24.99 family feast deal). We ordered two desserts as part of the younger kids' meals. Five minutes later, the lights went out and the three waiting staff came over with our son's dessert, complete with candle, singing happy birthday. What a lovely surprise! We hadn't asked for it and so it was really very lovely of them. Our son was also given a birthday card wishing him a happy 9th birthday and a voucher and balloons. You really made his day and we can't thank you enough. Don't lose those staff members, F&B. They're diamonds and a credit to the company. We will be returning! Thank you again.

  • Went here for an early "tea" on a rainy day in Swansea. Looks quite a new branch of this Italian chain restaurant. The service was excellent, kudos to the staff for that. It was a "tad" noisy due to children's birthday party, but had I eaten later it may not have been a problem. I also could have moved tables, but it was becoming quite busy so stayed put. Had a new dish from their menu Blackened Salmon Nizza, which was delicious especially the generous size of the salmon fillet, cooked just right. It's surprising how many restaurants can't cook a piece of fish correctly. Well done F & B I will look out for your other restaurants on my travels. Bear in mind this chain is especially family friendly if noisy kids aren't your bag!
