  • It's simple and accessible. It was great for a stopover after our 2 hour walking tour under the hot sun. Food is nothing special but it was yummy and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  • A small little place with really good food and at basically no cost at all. Good service as well, will come here again.

  • I was a little hesitant to stop for lunch, since it was empty at 1pm. However, the food was good. The Guinness chicken had a neat flavor. The stout was not overpowering. The apple juice was a little different. I think some herbs were added for flavor colour.

  • We were very pleased with this recommendation from a fellow hotel resident. This is a small cafe very similar to the many you will see in Penang and one whom you would normally pass by without a second look. Decor is very plain. However if it is food you after, it is simply very good and delicious. The specials are shown on the pictures tacked on the walls. Service is very good and quick. It is very popular with the locals. The husband and wife team has been running this place for 33 years. Highly recommended.
