  • 很不错的咖喱风味鱼头哦，主要鱼头比较新鲜，咖喱的口味可以自己调节的，里面居然还有鸡蛋排骨吃，做的也不是好油腻，抄蛤蜊也好吃。

餐厅介绍

餐厅在当地已经开了不少年头了，店内环境较为简单，但是菜品口味非常不错。主打新加坡特色美食咖喱鱼头，可以点鱼头或者鱼尾，再加上几份配菜，菜品上桌时，滚烫的咖喱汁散发着浓浓的香气，鱼肉肉质细细嫩，尝起来非常鲜甜，吃之前舀上几勺汤汁用来泡饭，那味道真是绝了。

    Kam Long Curry Fish Head is conveniently
    located near to Johor Bahru Custom. You can even walk to the restaurant and it will only take about 6 mins from Johor Bahru City Square Mall/ Komtar Mall.
    It is always full and you may have to expect some queue during peak timing.
    Their curry fish head or fish tail comes in 3 different sizes - Small, Medium and Large.
    A good place to drop by for lunch with small or big group!

    Kam Long Ah Zai Curry Fish Head is located at 74 Jalan Wong Ah Fook, Bandar Johor Bahru 80000 and is open daily from 0800-1600. It is around 10 minutes walk from JB immigration via City Square Shopping Mall.
    Kam Long is one of the perpetual hawker haunts that is constantly on top of visitors itineraries. The dining place is clean and you can choose to sit either in the air-con or normal tables.
    You can order the curry in three different sizes and it is served in a claypot, together with tofu skin, long beans, ladies finger, and cabbages.
    The addictive gravy is not spicy, and you can drink it on its own. You can choose either fish head or fish tail.

    This is really the best curry fish head that we ever had. My family and I first tried it in 2018 and we’re hooked ever since then. Sadly, covid came along and we’re not able to enter JB. But thankfully, it finally opened up!

    For anyone that’s trying this, I’ll strongly recommend going for the fish tail instead as it has more meat. The meat is really fresh, the veg and gravy are awesome! Just 4 of us and we actually ordered 7 rice (big) to “clean up” all the gravy!!#jb #kamlong #johorbahru #curryfishhead

  • 专门做咖喱鱼头，点菜之后都要先煮，所以等的时间很长，不过咖喱的味道不错，咖喱完全包入了鱼头上面，很鲜美，还可以加蔬菜和豆制品。
