  • The place is nice, clean and they had an amazing service but as for the food not much, the Hash Browns were nice so were the drinks but the Omelette and the pancakes were not that good to be honest.

  • The name of this place tells you they are the masters of pancakes in town, NOT! Everything was ordinary ( a good selections in the menu to be honest which is good ) but two things made me just hate the place : 1- the decoration .. A total disaster .. Many unmatched colors and old furniture with cheap pieces here and there .. I told myself it doesn't matter if the food is good" .. But man it wasn't 2- food .. The pancake tasted like raw dough ! It wasn't cooked well .. The waffle was the same .. I have struggled to finish my meal and it just tasted awful .. The first and the last visit for sure !

  • My wife and I arrived in Riyadh from Buraydah too early to check in at the hotel and decided to get a late breakfast at The Pancake House. The GPS location was very accurate. We entered in the family section and headed upstairs. The wait staff greeted us and took us to our table. The menu is quite big and has things other than pancakes and breakfast but we chose to stick to breakfast. My wife had the Breakfast 2X2 which was 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon (not pork bacon - I think it was a mildly corned beef) and 2 pancakes. I had the Eggs Benedict. The breakfast arrived in a 'normal' time frame. Just prior to it's arrival, I was joking with my wife about the portions being small for the price (which was pretty steep 41 SAR (about USD$11) when the food arrived. When it did arrive, I am sad to say that my joke was a reality. The English Muffin that should have been under the egg was very small and there was just what looked like melted butter on the top of the egg where there should have been Hollandaise Sauce. There was no bacon, fake or otherwise, under the egg where it should have been although there was a side order of sausage. The food tasted good but the visual appeal and the completeness of the dish was missing. My wife's food was good even though she didn't like the bacon. She only ate one of the pancakes. I ate the other and it was good. The wait was unobtrusive but hovered about 2 meters away from us, his normal position I believe, but just a little too close to really enjoy a private conversation. My wife used the restroom and gave it a 'super clean' rating! I would eat here again - maybe just try something different.
