After a visiting Via Appia's relics and live history, this Trattoria is a oasis, after your break ice with personnel and start tasting their menu, you'll simply want more. Tired of Roman normality, well this place is just Exquisitely simple, no complications, only good heartily food, AUGURONI!

We've been here while walking along the Via Appia Antica. I'll start with the nice things: The terrace on which we sat was quite nice and the place really looks nice and down-to-earth. However, the staff was really ignorant and unfriendly towards us. The pasta (each 10–12 € for non-fancy basic pasta dishes) we ordered was very undercooked. And trust me, I had lots of superb Italian pasta, I know what al dente means. My Amatriciana sauce tasted boring like putting a can of tomatoes and a pack of bacon into a pot and heating it up. We had much better food with friendlier service for less in Rome.

We visited Qui nun se more mai on our way back from Via Appia Antica. The tasty smell of BBC had been tempting us for a while. We had plates with grilled meat (mixed barbecue) - all kinds of meat - and vegetables. Especially the meat was delicious, juicy and soft. The staff attending us was kind and friendly, especially towards our children. We were offered a free glass of wine (regional production) and were told a few anecdotes about the Roman dialect of Italian. We had the impression of a cosy local restaurant driven by a family, the atmosphere was friendly, relaxed and dynamic. We recommend the place.
