餐厅介绍

这家餐厅位于锡耶纳的中心位置，人气旺盛，交通也十分便利，主打意大利美食，特色是佛罗伦萨牛排和意大利肉酱面，牛排的肉鲜嫩多汁，火候掌握恰到好处，而意大利面的酱汁是店里秘制，深受食客喜爱。

  • The location is perfect, just a few steps off of Piazza del Campo. The design is a mix of tasteful modern with some of the old world feel. There are nice brick walls and ceilings but also some modern looking walls and seating. There's a well that has been glassed over so you can walk on it and look down, very cool. Food: this was one of the few places we encountered where presentation of the dish was a consideration. We had great food all over Italy but normally there wasn't much interest in making the dish look amazing, this place tackled both issues, deliciousness and presentation. Hostess was very chatty and gave us many back-stories about the food, how it was prepared, the history of the dish, etc. We will definitely go here again when next in Siena.

  • Ristorante al Casato Siena was a lovely experience for traditional and delicious food from the region. Not really a family restaurant. Service was excellent

  • At first we were not attracted to this restaurant, as the hostess tries to get you in the restaurant.(not persé in a bad way). But the prices were ok, and the ambience did look good! And once we were inside we did like it. Although the staff could speak a bit better English, they were friendly though! Good was excellent as was the wine! Definitely would recommend this place, especially because of the great food and his locations.

  • Visiting Siena to watch the Mille Miglia Classic Car Race, we had difficulty in finding a bar, that could cater for six people, at such a busy time. When we spoke to Paulo, he bent over backwards to accommodate us. He gave us such extremely good service, we decided to have lunch there. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and not only was it hot, but so were the plates, which is very unusual in Italy. We enjoyed lobster and popular dishes from that region. We were not hurried, which gave us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the whole experience.
