  • Authentic Caribbean fare! Totally surprised there is not a line to get in. The jerk ribs are out this world! Excellent service...server actually remembered everything we had on our previous visit. Great attention to detail!

  • Fish at "Caribbean Grilled Flavors" was great. There is a woman by the front door pouring her own flavoured rum/ rum punch for tasting: it is good but strong. Just ask how much it is if you want to order moreof that inside, we did not expect to pay $10! Ask for local fresh fish. My grilled snapper was delicious, maybe a tad overcooked. Nice view of the lagoon.

  • Do not be put off by the oddly empty restaurant - this was the best meal we have had in St. Maarten. Excellent Caribbean food, good service, yummy drinks, big portions, reasonable prices. I had the jerk snapper on the waitress's recommendation and it was delicious. Others ordered the jerk ribs and chicken which were also good, and the chicken kabobs were an excellent appetizer.

  • It's been around for years and never tried it till now, and we're glad we did. Stopped for lunch one day. Had a grouper salad, and a plate of ribs. A huge grouper filet sat atop lettuce and veggies, it was really good. My wife's jerk baby back ribs were really good. They also let me try some oxtail stew. It was good enough that we went back of a dinner later in the week.
