Quality needs to improve. Biriyani rice needs to be more flavoured and ingredients to be added. Fried chicken needs to be more fresh and hot at the time of serving.

I have very bad experience with KFC delivery yesterday. They took almost 1 and half hours to deliver my food and at least they didnt hv a courtacy to say sorry. I got food around 10 45 which was ordered around 9 15. They promise us to deliver with in 30 to 45mins. When i spoke them again around 10 they said i placed the order at 9 45. I dont undersdand their service level. Never recomend to any one.

Just went to KFC Kotahena and asked for 50 chicken drumlets and the guys at the counter were so hesitant to take the order. They just stated it would take 2 hours or so and that they cannot offer it. Perhaps it doea take 2 hours But the tone and body language just showed lack of interest to serve. Worst outlet ever!!!! Very disappointing...

I have never been a big fan of KFC, but the one near OZO hotel (Marine Drive) is horrible! The food is disgusting! Our burgers were stale and unappetizing to look at. The mashed potato was a joke! They served just 3 bites of it for 90 bucks! I love the strawberry krusher and yet was disappointed at what was served - strawberry milkshake probably with some water mixed in the milk. The dessert - biscuit pudding - was simply yuck. It had some weird flavor that I also found in the last bit of strawberry syrup left in my krusher. To top it all, the manager and one particular staff's behavior was unacceptable. They were looking at us like we were animals in zoo. When asked what flavors of sundaes they had, they both just started laughing shamelessly on our faces. Enough said. Avoid it and go to the McDonald's near Vasan Eye Care/Durdans Hospital (that's where I went a number of times during my stay in Colombo).
