  • 如果吃西餐，德国餐，那就还是吃肉吧！德国的烤猪肘和牛排猪排还是很有特点的。一方面是肉的原材料讲究，同时烹制方法也有独到之处。

  • Bomb shelter turned restaurant! Our group of over 20, had a very nice meal including the onion soup. Fantastic presentation with the soup served inside of an onion! Fresh light salad, delicious dinner which was followed by a dessert tray of apples, fritters, and ice cream. Very enjoyable

  • This place is a little tucked away piece of heaven. If you want real true authentic food this is the place to go in Stuttgart. The blood sausage was like none I've ever had, the atmosphere is cozy and charming, the staff and owner are wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this place. If you're in Stuttgart don't miss this gem. ❤️

  • I was prepared for 0% veggies, 50% meat and 50% carbs. I wasn't wrong. Being really, really hungry was also a good choice, having some local red wine, not the best choice. But first things first. We went all in for the special platter promising a little bit of everything, we had absolutely no idea what this meant. Even though we'd be refrained from trying the local red wines my curiosity took over. Who wants to die curious? Maybe I should have though, in this case. Even if we just had a tiny glass I was quick to order what the Germans really know - a beer. Then things went much better. The platter arrived with TONS, literally, tons of food. Apparently this not being enough the waitress also set out a lentil stew/soup, sauerkraut and a soup with speck (lard?). Oh, and a really nice and large potato salad. The platter was filled with spätzle (really good) in various forms and meats. Please see photo if in doubt. Anyway, even though it was mostly nuances of beige, brown and yellow it was very nice, tasty, simple and no fuss kind of food that felt homemade and proper. Served in a homely, cluttered, cozy and friendly atmosphere. So dare try the local specialities, avoid the red wine unless you like cold, diluted glühwine (white was alright) and have fun.
