  • We had just gotten off the ferry from Port Angeles, checked into our hotel (Hilton Doubletree) and got a recommendation from the concierge to try The Flying Otter Grill. It was a busy afternoon, but we were seated for drinks and given a table on the deck for lunch. We had a great view of the boats and sea planes. Of the 4 of us, 3 of us ordered the Salmon Wellington. It was fantastic! A great way to start our time in Victoria. The mixed drinks were as good as the service. I highly recommend The Flying Otter Grill.
