一家米其林一星的西餐馆，值得一提的是它的厨房在餐馆的中央，你一眼就可以看到大厨是怎样做菜的，用的什么原料。另外，它的菜单每周都不太一样，值得你去期待。

  • Actually there's nothing much to say, except it's one of the best table I've been. It's a 5 course menu and actually you don't know what the Chef is preparing. All ingredients are fresh from the market and based on his mood, he'll throw a masterpiece of a menu! The Sommelier has a great knowledge of every single bottles and is reaching such a perfection in matching the wine and the course. I appreciate the offer for a "driver" wine menu, meaning nothing much in the glass but enough to enjoy. We are definitely coming back. Thanks for such a great experience. The best dinner we had in such a long time...

  • To find the restaurant is a bit difficult I have to admit but if you are in the place you can feel the passion for good food an wines. The chefs kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant and you can have a look what he is doing, yes right just one chef. The menu is small but it does change every week dependent on the market supply. The place is expensive but the value for money is ok. Overall a very nice place for gourmets.

  • We were a group of 10 visited the restaurant after a long days work at a congress about 3 years ago. What a delightful and pleasant evening we had. Till today after seen many many restaurants globally we all remember the dinner that night. The sommelier picked awesome wines and the cook did magic at the stove. I am not much of a writer but felt I had to recommend this restaurant to anybody that enjoys good food.

  • The Maitre'D was very kind, and spoke impeccable English. The chef was young and full of excellent ideas. The food was creative and wonderful. The best part is there is 1 menu, 5 courses. No choices. Take it or leave it. I love that style dining. It shows the chef has confidence, and in this case his confidence is well deserved.
