  • We were just looking for a meal after a long day of travel. Stumbled on the place which was busy so we assumed it would be good. The server was rushed off her feet but provided excellent service. I ordered the sushi special which came with miso soup and an excellent selection of sushi with wasabi and ginger on the side. As good as I've had anywhere. My wife ordered chicken teriyaki with rice which was a good sized portion and very good. Prices were reasonable including beverages. Only negative was that since they were so busy my wife had almost finished her dinner before my sushi arrived.

  • Creation of chef Yoshi, shrimp boat is a must try! My friends from Japan loved it and still talk about wanting to going back for it. Fish is fresh, sushi's authentic and other dishes like Udon, Donburi are tasty too. Highly recommended!

  • Enjoyable evening... great family feeling and fresh fish. I was recommended by one of my friends that drive nearly 2 hours just to go there. I brought two business associates and they went crazy over the size of the portions, quality of the fish and the extremely low prices!

  • After watching "Jiro Dreams of Sushi" on the plane on the way to LA, I had spent the entire day thinking about my sushi dinner. West-coast sushi is so much better than what we get on the East coast. Usually. Not this time. This was mediocre sushi. Too much wasabi put on, likely to hide the taste, which was not great sushi. Edible, but disappointing.
