  • 想不到国外的中餐馆也有这么多顾客，哈哈。我吃到了不错的麻婆豆腐，虽然本身我是不爱吃的，因为不喜欢吃辣，没想到倒是真不错。不过这里的价格不便宜，基本都要超过15元，折成人民币不便宜。

  • One of my all time favourites in Sunnybank, Kingsfood never disappoints! Their Deep Fried Tofu is amazing but be careful it can be extremely hot on the inside & burn the inside of your mouth. The 3 roast special is great(they usually run out of Roast Duck pretty early) I get Roast Pork, BBQ Pork & Roast Duck, the Ribs in XO Sauce, great, Szechuan Chicken, Cashew Chicken & many many others also very very good. They used to accept Eftpos but the last few times have refused it(who know maybe it's '' broken '' ) Make sure you leave room for Dessert & check out the place next door (Papa Roti) they serve delicious Coffee Infused Bun type Desserts alongside Gelato (Bun & Scoop $5.50)

  • Another regular restaurant for my weekend dining plan. My husband loves his prawn with special sauce, fried tofu, mince pork bean and fish. Always order the same dishes. Staffs are friends and quick. Price and portion are good.

  • Last night (a Tuesday), we ended up at Kingsfood Chinese Restaurant, not sure I'd by good luck or good fortune. We were headed for the Airport to drop some departers off and needed a wholesome dinner but didn't have a whole lot of time. The Restaurant was packed (always a good sign) and we were shown to the last table, thinking that we'd need to ask if we could be served quickly. No need, the waiter was buzzing around and the first plate of our shared banquet was at the table in ten minutes, without asking about the rush. One taste and it took me back to authentic Chinese restaurants in Melbourne when I was a child. The food was delicious, varied and steaming hot. We were very happy and sated indeed and made our friends' flight in time to spare!

  • This is the first time visit for Kingsfood Chinese , and in can assure you it wont be the last , the eatery area inside is quite ok , and the area outside is very outdoor cafe style , planty of hustle and bustle , but the saving grace amongst all of this is the food , we had multiple dishes in a large group , fried rice is a must for most chinese dishes here in Australia , and it didnt disappoint , the Satay Chicken that was served was exceptional , some of the other dishes were Beef Bisque, Schezun Chicken and a beautiful Baked Pork , Sweet and Sour chicken and Pork , and a magnificent fish dish .This restaurant may not like much , but you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didnt eat here .John and Gina.

  • went to lunch today at this restaurant. To say the experience was unpleasant would be an understatement. We ordered our lunch (party of 4) and what it started to arrive we got 1 main (a 3 meat platter) that was not hot. The other main arrived and was ok. We then waited for 15 mins for steamed rice to have with the main. We also received the starter at the same time as the 1st main. When staff were approached about our rice we were told its coming..... so we waited some more..... We then went searching for someone who might be able to give us the rice we ordered. We were told sorry we are busy today...... After speaking to the manager on duty asked again about the rice we complained that the mean dish had been delivered at least 15 min before and was cold..... she said do you want it reheated. All we wanted was our meal hot and served at the same time. We were given the steamed rice free and still had a cold meat platter. We will not go there again.... disgusting service with little to no help trying to fix there mistakes.

  • The food is always good in Kings Food. You can keep ask for more rice if you are a big eater. They will always top up your rice. The food lately come one after another, sometimes takes very long after the other meals are out. Fried tofu in particular, when it is not that busy, you will get more portion, when it is busy, you will have less portion. When it is close to their closing time, you will sometimes find it a little darker too. It is still a good Chinese Restaurant anyhow. I love their foods.
