Fantastic spot for a drink or a coffee. Friendly staff, great food, and great company. Highly recommended if you are looking for a local place for a quite drink.

I recently moved to the area and was delighted to see a coffee shop that is walking distance from my house. Having been exposed to some of the worst coffee in existence whilst living in Wollongong, my expectations were adjusted to enjoy anything that is even remotely drinkable. My partner and MIL had already advised me that coffee here was excellent so I was looking forward to seeing for myself. I was not disappointed whatsoever. I like my coffee big and strong and they delivered. Everything about the beverage was fantastic. The shop itself is lovely and the service is exceptional. I believe the cafe turns into a bar at night which I am looking forward to checking out one night after work. Even at 7.00 in the morning there are a lot of people enjoying the coffee at Calmer Cafe which shows the high quality provided. Muffins are great too and there is an assortment of other drinks and food to choose from also. This is my now my place to go every morning before heading to work and I think others should do the same thing if you are in the area.
