  • Used to be good service. Now the staff is not only incompetent but also rude. When I called to inform them that they had not filled my to go order with the extra items I ordered, I was hung up on and when I called again to give them the benefit of the doubt, I was basically told that was too high an expectation. No apology, just snark and attitude. Stated another employee filled the order, so I asked well, didn't you write my request on the order so that whoever filled it would know what was asked for? No, was the response. According to them it's my job to double check all the contents before I walk out the door or else buyer beware, because it's apparently not theirs to try to get it right.

  • Being from Chicago, we eat Mediterranean food a lot. As we were visiting disney we came across this restaurant and were thrilled as we wanted to eat some chicken shawarma and falafel. But, what we ate was far from traditional Mediterranean food. The chicken shawarma was just bland pieces of chicken on a bed of bland rice! That dish was almost $20 and that went down the drain! The falafel was bland and greasy! Another $8 down the drain! Definately not 4 stars like stated and would not return or recommend.
