  • Stop in to have a drink and snack. Choose a seat along the window during early afternoon. If your lucky, you will see a lot of activities happening at the nay. People fishing, throwing net, swimmers jumping off of the rock formations across the bay, dogs playing fetch in the ocean, ducks swimming etc. Definitely a good place to people watch. Oh, and the service is excellent. The food is good too.

  • It took us awhile to stumble upon the Wai'oli lounge. Now that we found that the menu is quite in tune with our tastes, I imagine my husband and I will grab lunch here frequently in the future. Drinks and live music at night are also a good reason to come relax

  • After trying to find a place to eat in Hilo on a Monday night, we ended up back at our hotel lounge after not finding anything open. We had ahi sashimi, caprese salad and the blackened ahi sandwich with onion rings. All of it was very good. If you're looking for a place for a quick bite and a great view, this would be a good bet.

  • I really like this place. It's nice to see something that doesn't aspire to be too much. It has a great view of Hilo Bay first off. The espresso is well-done. The food wasn't awesome, but it was good. The vibe is open and airy and there was even nice live music at 6pm. It's a great place to 1) have a casual business lunch, 2) sit with your laptop and have a coffee, 3) do pau hana drinks at their happy hour. Easy parking and access in the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. 7am til 10pm.
