There has been a change at the The Pizza Gallery and it's for the better. In Malvern/Glen Iris we've long suffered with the lack of good pizza. The Pizza Gallery has improved its pizzas and service out-of-sight so I recommend you give them another go. The only criticism I have is that its a pity they don't do home delivery.

I used to come here once every 2 weeks, but i just can bring myself to do it anymore, the owner (I think he is the owner) is a miserable sod and never smiles (bald head, skinny white guy). Ive tired to make convo, you know, being a regular and all that, but he is just awful. The staff is hit and miss, tonight the girl actually answered the phone "hello" and so you don't even know you called a pizza place, she didn't know any of the pizzas, its a joke, don't put someone on the phones at a pizza shop who doesn't know what a pizza is. The pizzas are nice, not great, just nice, and there is 5 other wood fire places in the area, so tonight a once regular customer goes somewhere else.
