  • Service was excellent, atmosphere was only average as you eat at tables on the footpath and sit on stools not chairs. This makes it much harder to have a relaxed meal. The specialty is Gourmet Pizzas, but we found that they all came on thin bases and the ingredients were spread very thinly. They were not strong on flavour for those who like a bit of bite in their meals. Service was quick and efficient with a bit of pizzazz. Prices reflected that for a much better pizza with much more filling.

  • So many great things about this place. Not a massive Pizza fan, however I soon forget this when eating at Ilforno - its delicious. The rustic salad is awesome.

  • I went last week with my wife because we saw a local newspaper article about a pizza contest and that restaurant won the contest. So, we decided to give it a try to confirm that. My wife ordered a pizza with prosciutto,mushrooms,dry tomatoes and pumpkin. Yeah pumpkin in a pizza. We were very sceptic to order it but after some minutes we decide it to try it. and I ordered a simple calzone with ham, pepperoni and cheese. We drank some Italian peroni beers to complement the flavours. The simple of the calzone was just the ingredients because it was a festival of flavours in my mouth. I was delighted with this dish. My wife love her pizza too and I taste it and was delicious. The pumpkin gave the pizza a flavour new and very tasty. I recommend you to try it. I'm also sure that you can order any other pizza and you won't regret it. The place is not big and modern (fancy) but is friendly and welcoming. The service was very good, quick and the staff were very friendly. This place confirm the newspaper article. I recommend it too.

  • First time I have been to this pizzeria and definitely won't be back. The pizzas had very little topping on them. We tried the "Special" - chorizo pizza. It had (and we counted them) 8 very thinly sliced pieces of chorizo on the whole pizza and not much else in the way of toppings, and the crust was burnt in places. We also tried the duck pizza which had such an over powering hoisin sauce flavour that you could barely taste the duck. For pizzas that cost over $20 each this is not acceptable. The service wasn't very good either, though the staff were pleasant enough. Next time I will go to Dominos up the road. At least there you get what you pay for.
