This is a great little Sushi Bar in a busy Food Court in a Sydney suburban shopping mall. Japanese cuisine is fast becoming Sydney's second national cuisine. Every suburb has at least one and often multiple Japanese restaurants. If you are out doing your shopping and you need to stop for a moment for lunch, then this is about as convenient as it gets, together with offering delicious food. Not only that you can park your trolley close to your table so you can keep your eye on your shopping. They do your usual boxes. They also do individual dishes from which you can construct your own meal configuration. I like the tempura box, or on this day, the teriyaki chicken box. What you get is a salad, some rice, the main dish, usually some condiments, and a bowl of miso soup. You can have sashimi, a choice of box sets, noodles, and nearly always agadashi tofu and nori rolls. The staff are typically pleasant and helpful. Parking at the shopping centre is free and toilets are clean and nearby to the food court.
