Had a nice weekend brunch with my sister here. The outdoor area is undercover, which was comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient and our meals came out in a timely manner. My sister had the french toast with added banana with was a behemoth of a dish and she really enjoyed it (only ate three of the four slices but for a small girl that's heaps). I had the mushroom, artichoke, capsicum and cheese sandwich on sourdough. The mushrooms were delicious and I enjoyed it, even if the artichokes tasted a bit too much like a can, they could do something to improve that. Value was average, about $17 per person for a meal and coffee. The menu is quite extensive but I felt they were lacking a bit in veggie options, especially for a place in Newtown.

Nice cafe with good menu, but the prices are way too high. Had a bacon, lettuce & tomato toasted sandwich which was about $20! All the other choices were in the mid to high $20 range. As it was a public holiday there was also an additional 15% surcharge. Although the food was nice, the prices were just ridiculous.

Visiting Friends and visited Urban Bites in Newtown It was not that busy at first but did start to get busy. I had a full Breakfast and staff very Helpful and coffee good Staff took order and did not have to wait long for food to arrive which was good. Portions was of a good size overall a great breakfast and good service will be visiting again while here
