As a newbie to Pho ive been investigating various places in the area. The standout is the sheer size of portions and mountain of accompanying salad they serve with it. I asked for the spiciest which is called 'Bun Bo Hue' (spicy beef noodle) and asked them to leave off the blood jelly, im just not game enough yet. Something is different here. Are they using a bigger pot? Is there something about the cut of marrow they are using for the broth? Very satisfying meal which i ordered with extra beef for a $2 surcharge. #pho #vietnamese #zomato

Another day another bowl of Pho... What was meant to be a pilgrimage to my favourite Pho joint in the "world" only to find it shut for TET / Lunar New Year break... I ventured into Dong Ba... Been here a few times previously however each time It left me wanting and thinking why didn't I just stick to the sure bet up the road... On an empty stomach I ordered the Pho Dac Biet as the usual go to dish.. However for Dong Ba their signature is Bo Bun Hue so I was definitely feeling Google lucky this time by steering away from the house dish... The pho was pretty Damn good... They have definitely improved their broth since my last visit it tasted more intense and sweeter along with ample condiments I was a happy camper.. Protein was cooked well although again I wish for more funky bits..serving size wont leave you hungry. All in all this is my top 3 pho joint in Sydney! Would I return? definitely! Whenever the other place up the road is shut that is...

I chose a bun dish with spring rolls and BBQ. The gentleman running the show picked me for a 'with the lot' kinda guy and suggested a bun combo; can't remember the name. It was very nice. Service was quick and the prices are realistic. Very good meal and good value.

This is the best Vietnamese food I ever tried in Sydney. Not pricy and friendly staff. Try broken rice With pork chop .mmmm
