We really enjoyed a visit to the Silver Spoon Bistro for a number of reasons but the number one reason was the service. The staff were friendly and helfpul and not put out when we came in with a bit group. The meals were also top quality and tasted really fresh. We had three adult items and each was as good as the other ( lamb shank with mash, pork cultlet and gemfish with couscous). All meals are reasonably priced and they take cards. We will be back.

Well.. it's not often you get to rave about duck.. but the SILVER SPOON does duck amazingly well. VERY WELL. in fact, the service is friendly, and with amazing appetizing cheese boards, and desserts, and a wonderful wine selection this place has a lot to offer. While I did not try anything other than the antipasto and cheese, plus duck and chicken saltimbocco I would return for the duck anytime.

Went today for lunch here with a living social voucher. Great food above average pub food. Good size meals for good prices. Walnut and chocolate brownie with ice cream a must. As well as tomato and feta bruchetta. Had the seared salmon for mains. Overall will be back here with friends even though we live 45 mins away. Must book for dinner on Friday/sat nite.

And the fried onion rings were great too. Plus it's in the heart of a developing art district...Chippendale. Well worth a visit.
