I came for morning tea with a friend and our toddlers. Cakes and drinks were lovely and our waitress was wonderful. I found the Chai a little sweet for my liking and the manager insisted on replacing it and then when I went to pay the manager was so apologetic and he refused to let me pay for the Chai (even though I said it was probably just my tastebuds). This type of service is so rare these days and it really made my day. I will definitely be back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

Went here the other day with a colleague of mine to have breakfast, I found that the breakfast was very satisfactory, it had delicious flavours, and was nicely cooked. Both my colleague and myself were very pleased. the staff were very nice and welcoming too.

we often eat breakfast at El's the food and the service is just about the bext ive ever had...service is freindly and prompt and nthe food well it just melts in your mouth just enough to fill your stomach and the prices are really good as well

We have visited Els on a number of occasions, with the hope that it would improve, sadly not! The service is slow, inconsistent and they always seem to get the order wrong. If the owners read this, you really need to address their staff training and lack of attention to detail. Menu is wanky and way overpriced, but its the only cafe in the area so that's why we keep hoping it will improve. If you order bacon and eggs keep in mind you will only get one piece of toast, quite ridiculous! Our overall experiences here have sucked. Don't waste your money!
