We ordered the grilled Mahi lunch plate that came with choice of side salad or macaroni - we ordered the side salad. Very fresh! A big scoop of white rice, as rice is a staple on Molokai, and 2 pieces of grilled Mahi - DELICIOUS! The tartar sauce had a hint of nutmeg in it - very tasty! Staff are very friendly and helpful! The "steps" to the bathroom were even a hoot! Best food on the island!

We stopped at the market for a few items (beer) and came back a few days later for some teriyaki beef and pork. Portions were plentiful....friendly service. It was a nice break from fixing our meals at our rental cottage on the east end. I would recommend this eatery for quick take-out or to eat there. Not much to feast on if you're a gourmet in all of Molokai...but that's why we love it there!

Only place to eat on the east end of the island so wasn't expecting much but the shrimp burgers were quite good. You order at the takeout window and there are picnic tables under an awning or across the parking lot under the trees. The small convenience type store in the other side of the building has a decent selection of groceries and the prices, while quite high, aren't any higher than you'll pay in Kaunakakai. Had enough fresh fruits and vegetables to make most anything you would want too. The restaurant was popular with the locals.
