Joule is a Seattle favorite for me and many of my friends. The menu is inventive and everything is scrumptious. I try to eat vegan and they have a wonderful "vegan version" of many dishes. My advice is to order several items and share them all.

这是一家创意的亚洲菜，里面的牛肉味道很不错，做的风格有点点亚洲的黑胡椒味道，还有八爪鱼做的是酱汁味道的，特别的入味，主厨是美国人哦。
