Most tastiest restaurant - considering that most of places in Istanbul preparing excellent food but this restaurant was right choice to have a dinner or lunch I wish they will extend their menu but right now offering is balanced well Need to mention that our turkish smily friend Murat was helpful and amazingly courteous so we were feeling invited like to his house

First time we have decided to have our Christmas turkey dinner catered and we have made an excellent choice choosing Brizo as the food was excellent, all our guest have been blasted by the taste of the turkey and side dishes. This is definitely the way to have a nice party without any cooking stress when serving a party of 12. Thank you for the the great Christmas meal you have provided to my family and friends.

One can easily be forgiven in thinking it's 34 restaurant in Grand Hyatt Istanbul. And that's a good thing since 34 is one of the best international joint in city. Brizo in ways of space, layout and flow is one step ahead. Where it lacks is ambiance purely due lack of diners.. You'll feel sorry for dining alone in such imposing area. Staff is very attentive, hope they keep standards once restaurant is full. Waiter gave me the perfect recommendation for drinks and appetizers from huge display of salads and cured meats to accompany my chosen main course. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was excellent with complimentary bread, cheese and pickled peppers with olives and rocket. It's a proper 5 star in all areas. But I've given it one less....over salting main course of delectable Tas Kebab is an unforgivable culinary sin, please taste before serving dear chef.
