  • We are very impressed by Winit's new restaurant where the Albisgarten used to reside. What used to be an old, dusty Beiz has been transformed into a Thai buddha garden out back and a beautifully decorated, modern dining room in the front. We had a wonderfully spicy green papaya salad with a real kick, but with a very subtle sweet note and 2 great curries. We will be returning often! It's in our neighborhood, but it's worth a trip to Wollishofen to check out as we have been to many Thai restaurants in Zurich including The White Elephant and Ah-hua being our favorites, and this is right up there with them!

  • Wir wohnen jetzt in Wollishofen also freuen uns um dieses schoene Restaurant zu finden. Der Dienst ist sehr gut und freundlich. Wir haben hier zwei mal gegessen und jeder Zeit hatten wir schoene Essen. Wir werden zu dem Albisgarten oft zuruck kommen. Albisgarten is a lovely family run restaurant in the centre of Wollishofen. Quiet with a friendly atmosphere. First we were brought an appetiser to share which was a small plate of tasty hor d’heuves, olives, roasted vegetable, air dried ham. Then we enjoyed Zuri pork steaks in a mushroom cream sauce with rosti and green salad. Good selection of quality ice creams as well as other desserts.
