  • In 2011 I have been invited from some partners in Zurich to discuss some bussines opurtunities. We had a bussines lunch in 01Bar and from the time, everytime I visit Zurich even with my Fimily, I visit 01 Bar! Perfect food, delicious meat and many prefered beers, etc. Since the Bar is located in the old part of the city, and while drinking a glass of a Wine or a Beer you can enjoy the perfect view !! I recommend to everyone to visit the bar and enjoy a warm welcome from the staff of 01 Bar.

  • This little eatery with a splendid view f the limmatquai and its passers by was next to my hotel for the night and seemed pretty to look at with fur throws on every seat - however, there was a pompous waiter who felt serving was beneath him and the small amount of expensive food I consumed was not well prepared... I would move along the quay and easily find something much lovelier if I were you...:)

  • I stopped by 01 Bar for an afternoon beverage while passing through the Old Town. They offer a nice sidewalk seating area with views across from the Limmat River and the Lindenhof overlook. The sidewalk seating is protected by a large awning on really sunny days. Inside the seating space are mostly dark wood tables and chairs and a few stools at the bar. There is nice mellow music playing in the background. I had a small bier (2,5dl) for 4.50CHF from draft.The young lady that assisted me was nice during my visit. Also offered on their menu is a light breakfast, small plates, meats, pasta, salads, hot/cold beverages, spirits, cocktails and more. It’s a nice location and I would suggest a seat at the sidewalk tables. Around lunch time of my visit there were no other customers dining here, though other cafes/restaurants in the immediate area were very busy. They offer newspapers and magazines for customers.
