  • I was looking for a good Italian Restaurant in the Bockenheim neighborhood in Frankfurt. Family that we were visiting in the area recommended Pizzeria de Luca. At first glance I thought this was just an ice cream place. I soon found that they are a full service Italian restaurant. I ordered the Italian Salad and Lasagna. The Italian Salad was well above average. If you are looking for a really good salad this would be a good choice. The lasagna was very good also. A little more meat in the lasagna would have put the lasagna in the above average category. Others in our party had pizza bread which they said was very good. Now for the ice cream; all I can say is that there is none better. The ice cream and salad get 5 stars; the lasagna a four.
