  • Its been over a year since I ate in Brasserie Enfin and I made the trek last night (and I say that as it is a trek from town - about 30 mins) and I'm so pleased I did An Oasis in Oasis Damansara I believe James Won and his team have really refined the offering, both service and food and turned this into one of the best in KL Now they are also a KRUG Ambassade Restaurant, there are not many in the world and to have one in KL is truly amazing. James' passion for what he does is incomparable to any I've experienced in Malaysia, his knowledge is incredible. Not only does he create great French food but he also respects his Hakka background and some of the traditional flavours we sat at the French made kitchen table, stunning, could seat 10 but sat the two of us, quite a wow The service was actually superb, the team have obviously had a lot of training they were efficient, friendly yet unobtrusive, really good watching the tea in the kitchen in action was also entertaining the restaurant was quite full with groups of ladies mainly enjoying some great food and quite a bit of good wine so our culinary journey began and we ended up with about 5 courses, wow it was amazing, starting with the Egg/caviar dish, - the only part that was egg was the shell and the caviar, the rest was a 'creation' I'm not going to go into every dish but the first few courses paired with Krug 2003 was simply stunning, every bite a delicious experience The pork belly with hints of Chinese flavours absolutely stunning (I could say more but I just think the food is something everyone needs to go and try) and its the 'little'; bits of this and that, that surprise, make you question and absolutely love A Greywacke 2011 Wild Sauvignon was such a beautiful wine, didn't want to stop drinking it, but we did eventually move onto an amazing red too So course after course we explored and amazed at the textures, the combinations, the interesting (perhaps not all traditional yet all worked so well) combinatons a

  • Rustic simple decorations with delicious decadent food that will have you on your knees begging for more, is what Enfin is all about. Bless my favorite girlfriend for introducing me to this lovely place. You will need to ask for a landmark to be to this restaurant if you have not been to the Oasis Square as it a foodies galore bustling with activities. Must have the bacon salad, so refreshing and the dressing is simple and yet sophiscated. Angus beef and pork belly, OMG! Can't miss the dessert too. I am going back for the new menu this week. Can't wait.

  • Was there yesterday (Jan 11th 2015) at 12.30pm for lunch, good ambiance and food was acceptable. Main course was served while we are still eating our salads giving us the impression that either the kitchen is very free or we are expected to finish our meals quickly. Throughout the whole meal, there were only both of us, no other patrons giving employees including kitchen staffs, ample opprotunities to be seen crowding the bar counter engaged in conversation that it took sometime before our call for bill was noticed..

  • The atmosphere is very cosy, the food delicious with a very large choice from starter to dessert and the wine prices are more than affordable. A must try... You will love it!
