This Japanese ramen restaurant serves Hakata ramen which is the best type of ramen I like in Japan. I am glad this restaurant is open in Kuala Lumpur so I don't need to go to Japan to enjoy good quality of ramen whenever I want to eat ramen. I particularly like the semi-raw egg. It is so yummy I will not miss whenever I visited this restaurant. I also like this restaurant provides spicy choice, sesame powder and garlic flake. It makes the food more tasty.

They've recently moved to Berjaya Times Square 2nd floor and i must say they never disappoint me for every visit i embarked here. The soup is very delicious as the manager stated there is not a single drop of monosodium glutomate in the soup making it clear and fresh to savour. Not to mention the cheap flow of green tea at a price of RM3 which is furthermore refillable. Good choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner if you decide to have a ramen showdown for your feisty stomachs. Dear marutama managing team, you just got yourself a regular. Cheers!

I love that although the soup base is of chicken broth, it is very flavourful and rich in taste! I also love how the noodles gets tastier the longer it is soaked in the tasty soup broth (comes w the choice of spicy and non-spicy). The spicy ones have that extra kick - my usual pick. (: Well done! I've tasted a couple of other famous ramen joints in town and would proclaime this as my utmost favourite todate. Prices are mid-range, suitable for satisfying an occasional craving. Service at the Empire Shopping Gallery's outlet is extremely fantastic and is definitely worth a mention. Food is also served promptly. Also, every table has free flow fried garlic pieces and sesame. Top your bowl of ramen with these to level up its tasty-ness!

Hidden somewhere in the corner of Fahrenheit 88 this place is easy to miss out. In my case I walked in my accident. Best accident ever! The rich chicken broth, the extra (pork) toppings, the price, the ambiance, it's all there. The texture of the ramen are very good, and everyone I have take here agree with that. You have to try this place when you're in KL and you are sick of the oily Malaysian food. It's perfect for lunch and dinner and the average bill will be around 60RM for 2 people if you stick to the Japanese green tea which is on free refill basis. And for the hungry people that are able to leave some chicken soup behind, for 3RM you can add an extra portion of Ramen!
