Horrible! I am very angry at your server who is a middle age Malay lady at the Lobby Lounge. She has such a horrible attitude towards us. I mentioned to her that I want one set of afternoon tea for myself and my mom and aunt want to order drinks. Her face changed immediately to a negative attitude towards us and she straightaway said no sharing is allowed to us. She also said we will clear off the plates which means to make sure we won’t be able to share. Wow, what kind of attitude is that? This is very rude and bad. I used to go there with my boyfriend who is a Caucasian and I ordered the afternoon tea by myself. The waitresses didn’t treat us like that. I straightaway walked off with my family and told another waiter off.

相约朋友在此下午茶，由入酒店门口开始服务生的态度已经很好，带我们到Lounge。餐厅环境舒适，员工的服务是5星级水准，下午茶的三层蛋糕架配上英式松饼美味，我特别喜欢饮伯爵红茶，一问之下原来是来自德国。我与朋友渡过了愉快的下午。

正好到洲际酒店谈事情，就在酒店的大堂吧坐了一会，没想到还是吉隆坡比较有名的下午茶地方，里面的咖啡味道不错，洲际的服务员也比较到位。

给人很安全的感觉 隐私性也很好 24小时营业 咖啡和蛋糕都不会很贵，咖啡是很好喝的! wifi 讯号很强，坐在这里非常舒服

环境很好，餐具都很精美，下午茶点中最喜欢的还是司康饼，搭配果酱还有奶油，味道特别好，有一种久违的味道，价格小贵，但是很值。

这个地方是下午茶的隐藏宝石!现场竖琴音乐为气氛增添了可爱的触感。工作人员友好而包容,确保了整个愉快的体验。
