  • Visited as part of a large party, but the service was first class. Food was delicious. Will definitely return and thoroughly recommend.

  • I have dined here several times and have never been disappointed, either with the food or service. On this occasion there were seven of us on a busy Saturday evening. From the moment you step through the door, the staff are brilliant, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a variety of starters and mains, all of which were enjoyed. As usual I had my favourite starter - crispy deep fried Thai spring rolls stuffed with minced chicken and vegetables, served with sweet sour chilies sauce dip. I have eaten at other Thai restaurants and this beats the others for the food, ambience and staff. This is one restaurant which I will be returning to.

  • Authentic Thai food, very tasty. Great service as well. We had a prawn stir-fry, a prawn curry and some som tam. The som tam was traditional Thai style and made to order for my partner (who is Thai).

  • We like Thai food and haven't been to Ruen for a long time so decided to meet up with friends for a catch up. Our table was booked for 6.45pm on a Saturday and when we entered it was quiet but within an hour the restaurant was full so I would recommend booking especially on a weekend. The 4 of us all ordered different starters and main dishes and all of were extremely happy with the quality of the food. I had the Jungle curry as my main dish and if you like it hot then I can highly recommend this dish. The pricing for all 4 of us with 2 bottles of red wine was less than £30 each which is good value in my opinion for the food, service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back for another meal in the near future.
