比较传统的里斯本当地餐厅，从主食到饭后甜点可供选择的食物种类都挺丰富的，味道也都很正宗哦。

We ate here on a monday. People were watching football. The restaurant was in the street where we stayed. They are very friendly and don't get a lot of tourists. The portions were big. The sirloin in coffee sauce is very good and the t-bone is...big. Just good food in a clean restaurant.

Trip Advisor has helped us out with another great fine. We are staying out a little bit further from the city center (20 minute walk) and after a big day we wanted somewhere local and satisfying. After reading the reviews I was impressed, I hadn't had a steak yet in Portugal. I picked the sirloin with coffee sauce (the coffee sauce is amazing and so different!!) the steak was cooked rare just how I like it and my boyfriend got the t bone and it was cooked medium rare and came out perfect as well. The size portions are huge, we couldn't even finish them and the price was so cheap. Never in 100 years would you get a good steak for that size under $15 in Australia. The waiter was very nice as well and could speak great English. The restaurant is the only restaurant in street filled with people! They are all locals so it must be good! As found out by tonight's dinner :)

We went on Trip Advisor's recommendation when we were looking for dinner in our neighborhood and we were not disappointed. It took a while to find (we had to descend some stairs to the street below, but walked right by the first time) and were glad that we persisted. The menu is extensive, and even the half-portions will feed two people. We were a group of five friends and enjoyed ourselves so much that we went back the next evening. Forget the Portugalia nearby--the prices are higher by 30-50%, and the food and the service at Telheirinho are fantastic. The waiters were eager to speak English even though two of our party spoke Portuguese. They made great suggestions regarding wine too. We love Pork with Clams and this is some of the best we've had. One night we enjoyed Bacalao com Natas ( salt cod with potatoes baked in cream) and thought we'd died and gone to heaven! Go there, you won't regret it!
