  • Went here on a whim and have no regrets. Great old school country town service, great coffee and the Canadian pancakes were tasty and left me wanting more! It is themed as Marilyn Monroe- quite nostalgic and has a diner feel. Pricing was reasonable as well. Absolutely worth stopping in on the way to the snow. Thanks for the great hospitality :)

  • Random just walked in off the street - great cafe. Service quick and fun; food just yum. Muesli & yoghurt in a mug to die for. Smokey bacon tasty.

  • We ventured out to find a cafe or somewhere for breakfast on a Saturday morning and were pleased to find Monroe's which was the only place open around 7. Munroe's, named after Marilyn, of course, is a quaint full table service cafe in Healesville's main street. The fellow attending to patrons and servicing the tables was very polite and accommodating. The food was fresh and came out quickly and was more than adequate in quantity. The coffee was nice too. The decor is all about Marilyn and other Hollywood icons and adds to the charm.
