At the northern end of Burleigh Pavilion sits a full-service restaurant, The Tropic. Aside from the view, the highlight of the venue is the large open kitchen, which allows diners a front row seat to see head chef Guillaume Zika and his team at work. The Tropic's produce-driven menu showcases ingredients from the local area and northern NSW region with standouts being the kingfish tartare, fig salad, wood fired pig calzone, ocean king prawns and rib eye on the bone. With its unforgettable backdrop and relaxed space, The Tropic is the perfect spot for a long lunch or dinner with a view.
