  • I went to coco cubano to have a bite to eat. Got seated, and given some menus. 15 minutes later and both waiters had walked straight past our table, so we got up to order at the counter. As soon as I got to the counter, the male waiter just walked to another table to take their order! So I sat back down and waited for him to come round to our table. Finally we ordered, all we got were chips and salad (not that hard to make). Again, a while passed and we still hadn't received our food OR DRINKS! We asked a girl for our drinks and she blankly looked at us and said "yeah.. they're coming?" So we got our table water and surprise surprise- the glasses were filthy dirty. We asked for straws, and they finally brought them around to us. We received our meals (chips & salad). $7 for chips and $8 for wedges (that are actually just thick cut chips) is not acceptable. Not when the amount of chips on a plate is only a handful. Very disappointed. RUDE STAFF, TERRIBLE SERVICE & Mcdonalds could serve better food than coco cubano.
