  • Their main carrier is their native Pagana chicken. Its sauce is terribly tasty and so far the best Indo-Malayan coconut and curry-based chicken dish I ever tasted in Cotabato.

  • Admit that it is hard to find a lovely place to eat in Cotabato, but after several visits to Pagana Kutawato have found that the food is consistently good and makes me appreciate fresh filipino fare in a pleasant setting, most recently overlooking trees at sunset. Service is a bit slow but when with a group of friends/colleagues enjoying a buco or san miguel this is okay.
