  • Chaco Bar is possibly my favourite Sydney find so far. It's a little hidden gem with no bookings - but worth it if you have to wait. I was on my own so skipped the cue to squeeze in beside other diners. Luckily for me they had over ordered so I got to try some of their panko prawns! There are various plum wines on the menu (big plus for me) as well as sake and Japanese beer although I didn't try those. I had a few different skewers and the grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious and the only down side was that since I was on my own I couldn't order more to try the other dishes. Ah well, I'll just have to go back!
