  • In cold season they produce extraordinary seasons Porter. Is the best beer that I ever drink. The food is very good. The service is quickly and very receptive. I recommend this place to all beer lovers.

  • We wanted to eat something on a Monday evening. It was already past 21:00, due to work, when we came to Ruttenscheider. On their website it is advertised that the kitchen is open till 23:00. However, when we ordered our food the choice was very limited because most of the kitchen had already been switched off and cleaned. A big disappointment. When our food arrived it was clear that only the deep-fat fryer was still operational. Very average!

  • Typical German/NRW food is served here and the prices are fair. The restaurant brews its own beer but also offers an extensive drinks menu. The food is good, is quickly served and the service is friendly. The food is well-priced and the drinks too.
