I chose the RAB because it has carpeted floors and a good amount of drapery to soften the sound. Could owners of restaurants please note that we go out not only to eat, but to talk to those whom we love. The service was very good, but the range of food and wine on offer was very limited. The staff tell me that this may change in future. The restaurant needs better advertising to announce its presence on Spencer Street. The old Railways Administration Building is huge and without good signage, it is difficult to know where to enter.

Visiting Melbourne for a couple of days, We had breakfast and dinner there each day, a great breakfast menu but a limited menu for dinner. The food was really good, the staff was excellent, I had a chicken parma which was huge, my wife had a seafood risotto which she said was one of the best she had ever had. Well done to the waitress who checked to make sure I'd eaten all my chicken parma, I told her I'd mention that when I did my review. Many thanks for a nice stay.
