  • The service was absolutely perfect and fast. The server took the time to explain the dishes and she was ultra kind while doing that. The food was very tasty and fresh. We LOVED the chicken with the coconut milk. Also, lasi is a must (we went for the sweetened one)

  • I have been to Indi Go twice, both on busy Saturday nights and found the whole experience very enjoyable. The staff is polite and helpful, the food well presented , although they do cater to Greek tastes therefore if you want something spiced up you will have to request it. Portion sizes are adequate, and there is a selection of wine and beer to choose from.As i don't eat meat,i found that the veggie selection was more than adequate. The only minor fault i can find is that you are not given a dessert menu or offered anything complementary when you pay the bill. Other than that it is value for money,and extremely reasonable for the area it is in. They have done a good job! P.S: They also do take-away/ delivery .

  • While Athens doesn't lack of Indian restaurants, most of them lack of atmosphere and don't do buffets. Indi Go is here to fill in both of those gaps, in a very fair price. Sunday afternoon, we entered Indi Go and it felt like we were entering another world. There were wooden tables and chairs with Indian table cloths, tableware made of bakir (copper), they were burning inscent and there was Indian music on low volume. The atmosphere was cosy and exotic, even the loos were worth-visiting. We were greeted by two very polite and smiling waitresses. During our entire meal, they were very accommodating and efficient. They showed us our table and brought us water. The smokers' area was full, so make sure to book a table if you want to sit there. The first visit to the buffet was for starters. On the cold side, there were papadums with 4 sauces, a mixed salad and some sort of raita (it didn't look like raita but it was labelled as such). On the warm side there were two kinds of pakora (potato and chicken), tandoori chicken tikka, onion bhaji and naan. I didn't try the cold starters but I had lots of the hot sauce from the papadums to accompany the pakoras and bhaji. All the warm starters were very tasty, although the chicken tikka was a tad try. Just a tad though, I still enjoyed it. Their naan was very good, as long as you got it the minute it came out from the kitchen. If it stayed a while on the hot plate, it became dry and hard. I don't think that putting naan on a a very hot plate is a good idea, since it continues cooking. The second visit to the buffet was for the mains. There was chicken tikka massala, chicken korma, lamb curry, aloo keema (minced meat with potatoes), veggie curry (the only one that I didn't try) and pilau rice. The pilau was as it should be, fluffy and aromatic. Everything else was tasty, the meats were of good quality BUT... oh-so-mild. I'm not saying that they weren't hot or medium, they weren't even a tiny bit spicy. They had no trace of spicin
