  • We were looking for a good, local restaurant within a short walk from the tourist center of Haarlem, and Ristorante Luca was an outstanding choice. We have lived in Italy, and the atmosphere was very much like that of a restaurant there. The food was authentically Italian, perfectly prepared and delicious. (We had meat dishes with grilled vegetables, but the pizzas and pastas looked good too.) Prices were reasonable. Service was prompt and attentive. The staff was very friendly and spoke Italian, Dutch and English. They seemed to enjoy their work, which contributed to a happy atmosphere in the restaurant. We will definitely eat here again and recommend it to our friends.
