  • We visited The Burger Lab on a Friday night and the place was already packed when we arrived. No problem, the super friendly front of house staff sorted us out with a tasty beer while we waited for a table. Once seated we promptly had our orders taken and it wasn't long before our burgers arrived. And what amazing examples of burger mastery they were. We shared the Classic Beef, the Pulled Pork and the Bacon with sides of fries - regular and sweet potato - and plenty of the amazing sauces & dips on offer. The atmosphere was also great so overall we could not recommend this place highly enough. Go there if you're in Hamburg.
