不美的猴王

本次最好的西餐，没有之一。口味完全适合中国人，太爽了。不多描述了，反正强烈建议。岛的南面有一家，好象海拉纳里也有一家，我们去的前者。结帐后，如果有停车小票，可给店家，它有机器帮助抵扣。

Ruth' Chris Steak House, on the second floor at the Shops at Wailea, has become one of our favourite restaurants when we are in Maui. Taking advantage of their special anniversary offer, we were at Ruth's Chris twice during the last two weeks of May 2016. This review covers both visits as we were there for a 5:30 reservation on both occasions and I ordered the same thing both times. Ruth's Chris's three-course steak and lobster anniversary dinner, which we both ordered, was wonderful. The crisp delicious salad (I had the blue cheese dressing), the mouth-watering entrée (6 oz filet with a 4 oz lobster tail) and the dessert (warm bread pudding with whiskey sauce for my wife and crème brulée for me); all of this made for a wonderful dinner. The service was attentive and professional; never rushed. On both occasions, parking validation was offered. We never had to ask for it. Just another way Ruth Chris takes care of their guests. A note; if you are looking to take advantage of the anniversary dinner or you are looking to dine during the 5:30 to 6:30 spot, a reservation is recommended. Ruth Chris's in The Shops at Wailea is a very large restaurant but it can fill up fast. Enjoy your dinner. We did!

Ruth's Chris in general has a good reputation and commands a certain amount of respect and produces a product of quality. However, the Ruth's Chris at the Shops at Wailea was horrible. The steaks were fine but nothing over the moon for the a la carte price you pay for everything. We had a reservation and were sat in the furthest area of the restaurant tucked in on a side wall right by where the waiters put in their orders. The waiters were practically kicking our chairs we were so close to them, not to mention we could hear them talking bad about their tables. We could over come that because it was a busy night and they seemed seriously understaffed but only a few tables a way there were two tables filled with used plates and glasses as if they couldn't walk all the way to the kitchen so everyone was leaving the dirty dishes there. Next to that was a table was all clean glasses so again I suppose they had easy access to set tables again? Not what you should see in a supposedly nice restaurant. Our waiter came to talk to us as soon as we were seated and returned every minute and was obviously rushing us. Then something strange happened once we had our food, it was as if we didn't exist. The table behind us that was sat after us got their food, had it cleared, ordered dessert, got their check, and left before the waiter spoke to us again. Then he must have forgot we had ordered dessert with our initial order because he asked us if we wanted dessert menus. We were very nice the entire time and patiently waited. Another table across from us complained, got new food, and had multiple people catering continually to them. Apparently at this restaurant if you want good service you have to complain and if you're a polite and courteous customer trying to enjoy a special birthday dinner on your vacation in Hawaii, you're worthless. So this is my warning to you to not waste your money. They food might be worth it (although it's not - there are better steakhouses for the cost) b

Nice location in the upscale Shops at Wailea. 2nd floor. We arrived to take advantage of their special pricing on drinks and food during Happy Hour. We opted to sit at the bar. They open at 5PM. Friendly service. A bit dark inside to give the place a nice dining feel. Our wine was only $7.00 a glass and it was very nice. We choose the $55.00 set meal to split. It included a nice size Caesar Salad, a 16oz. rib eye steak, mashed potatoes and dessert. It was ALL so good. I'm rather fussy about my steak...this one was perfect. Done just right(medium), juicy and HOT. Just thinking about it now makes me want to go back :) Luckily, there are RC Steak House locations on Oahu, where we live. We were there about 2 hours by choice to drink, eat and talk. A great meal at a very nice restaurant. 5 STARS.

这是家很高档的美式牛排餐厅，一定要提前预订。牛排我们点了3分熟，3分正正好好够了，牛排烤制好之后，放在高温的盘子中，盘子的温度正好让3分熟的牛排再成熟一点，这样口感就正正好好了。配上红酒，非常美味。餐厅里除了牛排外，其他的菜也非常不错，如果是生日来此，预订的时候和店员说，他们还会精心准备一款小的生日蛋糕，非常贴心。
