  • Shoebox provided several days’ worth of morning tea, lunches and afternoon teas for a series of meetings I was at, so I didn’t actually visit the site. A brilliant variety every day. Fruit (melon, kiwi etc) and nuts. Olives, cheeses, and crackers. Croissants. Sushi. Wraps. It was all paid for by the meeting so I can’t comment on value but the quality and taste were top level. One day we had rice paper wraps with cold noodles inside. A colleague and I were really lucky that several others ignored these because we each ate a dozen or so for morning tea. Also, I have to know: What was the cheese with a crumbly look and creamy texture? I gobbled handfuls. Our gluten free person never seemed hungry in the afternoons so I snaffled the chewy nut thingy. Like a muesli bar but better.
