  • Stopped for a drink and bite to eat after walking the city all morning. Pricey but a welcomed change for old city eating. The citrus salmon is perfect for a lunch entree. Iced coffee and tea is also nice here. Service is spotty outside but if you're not in a rush take in the surroundings, take your time, and enjoy.

  • Friday afternoon, approaching two o'clock and everything was closing in the Jewish area. We have been walking for five hours so we went there for lunch. Very pleasant service, but two ordinary salads with one beer cost us €80! Nothing special about the salads. Avoid it. There are much better places around at much lower prices.

  • This restaurant is situated on the corner of Hurva Square and it's a little hard to find the entrance as it's obscured by a tour company. But if you sit down at one of the outside tables, or even stand near them looking vaguely interested someone will hurry over! We had salad and bagels at the restaurant which were very nice and in hugely generous portions - the bread served with the salad was actually the best bit, very fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly by an American lad I presume was living in Jerusalem. A great people watching spot as well, as you can see all the social bustling of the Jewish quarter.

  • They have 2 restaurants combined - dairy and meat. Pick a side and enjoy. The lamb chops were delicious. Wonderful salads. Always very busy. A fun experience. Dining in Israel is usually casual. I always enjoy finding the typos on the menu -- it's a game I play in each restaurant in Israel - they always have typos!
