  • I was lucky enough to have an evening at Marksie's for a work event, and what a great evening it was! The food was excellent, even as a vegetarian I had plenty to eat and the little quiches and wattleseed damper were delicious. Marksie is a great entertainer and his story of how he first got involved in cooking with native ingredients is really interesting. Marksie's is a true blue Aussie experience and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Katherine - a fun night out under the stars.
